Welcome to the Louisville Blogs Wiki
As I was working on migrating Consuming Louisville to a new content management system I fussed at myself for letting the Louisville blogroll on my site get so out of date. It's hard to keep up with a city-wide blogroll though so I thought creating a wiki might be the way to go. The objective here is to make it easier for folks to find blogs that are Louisville based and to help Louisville bloggers find each other.
I've listed just a few blogs to get us started here, including Consuming Louisville. I haven't organized them or categorized them in any way but if you'd like to please feel free.
I just ask that the sites you list here are actual blogs. Not forums or static websites or sites that just scrape and repost the content of others. Also, please list individual active blogs instead of linking to a list of blogs.
Update: A few people have asked so I guess I wasn't clear. A blog doesn't have to be about Louisville to be included on the wiki, it just needs to be based in Louisville. So if you're a Louisville blogger it doesn't matter what you're blogging specifically about, you have a place on the wiki.
Thanks,
Michelle

Just a note to let folks know I started adding author names, but we should respect the privacy of those who wish to blog anonymously and only post names of those that can be publicly found on their respective blogs.

Jason and Michelle,
I am an author on LouisvilleLunch, but not the owner. I am not sure if it makes a difference or not, I have been the only one posting recently.
Also, I live in Oldham County can I add my personal blog or do you want to keep it strictly L'Ville?

I'll defer to Michelle on the Oldham thing. I say bring it. It's the metro area. And go ahead and add Louisville Lunch. That's the point of a wiki ... we all chime in! Wheeeee!

This is a great idea! I added a link but I didn't know how to make it the blog name instead of the www...... Any help would be appreciated. (It's the Valley Chiropractic one). Thanks

Excellent Job, Everyone (w/ special emphasis on Michelle!). Love the wiki. It's great to see what those local to Louisville are blogging about and an excellent way to connect.
I know Wiki's aren't typically the medium to add additional features, but some sort of rating system would be an excellent addition! Thanks again for all your effort, Michelle!

Hey Everyone!
Glad to see more bloggers and writers in our community. I love reading news from not so mainstream sources.. it offers a unique perspective you just can't get anywhere else.
My name is Brandon Downs, i'm with Bone-Dry Waterproofing http://www.bonedrywp.com - We are heavily invested in community involvement and we LOVE it! We have a few things going on right now we would like to try to get some help with. For one, we've been on Extreme Home Makeover and we want to do something similar ourselves. We've started Buster's Bedroom Makeover, we want to make a childs dream bedroom a reality! So far we haven't had many submissions and we aren't 100% sure why.. My guess (I've looked at website traffic) is that noone is finding it or hearing of it! Please help us get some entries so we can go out and make these kids dream rooms real. We would love your help.
Also, we've donated a lot of time/money to the Louisville Metro Police Foundation (mostly at the stables), and last year Mayor Fischer recognized us publicly for those efforts by declaring September 13th Bone Dry Waterproofing day. We would love to get some ideas on how we could get more involvement there, we plan on running an event at our office with free food/drink and getting redcross to bring a bus for a blood drive.
